1.Cylinder head nut

2.Flywheel nut

Connecting rod bolts made of high-quality steel bear a lot of impact at work, can not be replaced with ordinary bolts. Tighten the torque to be uniform, two connecting rod bolts to take turns in several steps and gradually tightened to the specified torque,

3.Connecting rod bolt

4.Main bearing bolts

5.Balance block bolt

Balance bolt installation should be in order, divided into several steps and gradually tightened to the specified torque. Counterweight should be installed in situ, otherwise it will lose its balance.

6.Rocker seat nut

For the rocker arm nut, in the course of the use of regular maintenance should be regularly checked. If the rocker arm nut loose, will make the valve clearance increases, the valve opens delayed, close ahead of schedule, the valve opening duration shortened,

causing lack of diesel engine, exhaust is not clean, power decline, fuel consumption increases.

7.Nozzle lock nut

Install the injection pump outlet valve tight seat, but also according to the provisions of the torque. If the oil valve seat tight screwed too tight, will make the deformation of the plunger sleeve, the plunger block phenomenon occurs in the sleeve and lead to early wear of the plunger coupling, sealing performance degradation, lack of power; if the valve out Tight seat too loose, will cause fuel injection pump spill, can not establish hydraulic pressure, fuel supply time lag, reduce fuel supply, seriously affecting engine performance.

8.Oil valve seat tight

Install the injection pump outlet valve tight seat, but also according to the provisions of the torque. 9.Injector plate nut

When installing the fuel injector assembly on the cylinder head of diesel engine, pay attention not only to remove the coke and other dirt in the fuel injector assembly mounting seat, but also to install the fuel injector assembly plate in the opposite direction.

The thickness of the steel plate should be appropriate and can not be omitted , But also pay attention to the fuel injector assembly plate nut tightening torque. If the plate nut tightening torque is too large, will cause the injector body deformation, resulting in nozzle stuck, the diesel engine does not work; if the tightening torque is too small, the fuel injector will leak, resulting in insufficient cylinder pressure, diesel engine start difficult , High temperature gas will be washed out of the nozzle.
