The general performance of the fires in exhaust pipe of gensets is, when the generator works, the exhaust pipe is red, sometimes you will find a string of sparks coming out of the exhaust pipe. This indicates the temperature in the exhaust pipe is high. After the incomplete combustion of oil mist in the cylinder enters the exhaust pipe,  it causes fire after encountering air.

The main reason is that most of them are related to valve leakage, poor exhaust valve spring technology, incorrect alignment, or errors in the clearance of parts, and poor governor operation.

If you troubleshoot these failures one by one, you should be able to solve the problem.
